On the Ballot: Question 3

Ballot Question 3 gives Miami Beach voters the opportunity to require voter approval for any sale or lease of ten years or more of City-owned property located between West 43rd Street and West 40th Street, from Pine Tree Drive on the east to Alton Road on the West, which includes the City-owned parking lots to the north and south of 41st Street.


The Bayshore Homeowner’s Association recommends voting YES on Ballot Question 3.

Early voting on Miami Beach is available:

Monday, October 24th - Sunday, November 6th - 7 a.m. - 7 p.m.
